About ABQ Patio Covers
Albuquerque Patio Covers is the patio and shade specialty division of TC Canyon Ventures, LLC — a licensed New Mexico contractor serving the Albuquerque metro since 2013. We focus on one thing and do it exceptionally well: beautiful, durable outdoor living spaces built for New Mexico’s sun, wind and monsoon season.
Who we are
Our company was founded by Tom Kulp, who brings more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience to every build. What started as one man with a trunk full of tools has grown into a full team of skilled installers. Tom’s guiding motto — “to help people” — still shapes how we treat every customer and every project.
Licensed, bonded and insured
We’re a licensed New Mexico contractor (NM Residential Contractor License #391567), fully bonded and insured, and BBB-accredited since 2022. We handle permits, engineering and manufacturer warranties so your patio cover is done right and built to last.
What we build
Patio covers and carports, pergolas, patio enclosures, awnings, and deck and patio repairs — in Alumawood, aluminum, insulated aluminum, and wood. Need remodeling, a deck build or an outdoor kitchen? Our parent company, TC Canyon Ventures, handles that too.
